The new Porsche Macan is the new baby brother to the Cayanne. The size is similar about the size of an Audi Q5 and in fact these corporate cousins share the very same platform. The most capable and agile Macans will use an adjustable air suspension with Porsche's active management with twin-turbocharged V6 engines.
There would be 2 versions with, a 3.0-liter cranks out 340 hp and the, a 3.6-liter makes a full 400. Both will use Porsche's fantastic PDK dual clutch transmission and all-wheel drive.
The prices haven't been set but we expect to see S models in the mid $50,000 range and Turbos perhaps commanding ten grand more. But hey these are Porsches, so optional equipment (the good stuff) always ratchets up that price.
