Intended largely as a street legal weekend racer, this rarity provided the template for the legendary Seven. There’s a lightweight space frame clothed in alloy panels (often left bare) and fitted with Ford brakes and rear axle. All were sold in kit form, so beyond the above, specification can vary widely from car to car. Most commonly used engines were Ford, either in sidevalve 1172cc or OHV 1500 form, though some are known to have been fitted with 1250cc MG units. In all cases the lack of weight means they provide a lot more fun and performance than you might expect.
