Launched a year later than the Cabriolet, the Coupé version is identical apart from the fixed roof and upright rather than slanted frames for the rear of the side window. Being based on a saloon floorpan means it’s a full four-seater, and that US-influenced hardtop styling ensures plenty of headroom, even for those in the back. Built from the best materials, but before the era of rust protection so many will have suffered. Fuel-injected SE is preferred, so you may find the carburettor S version for less than the prices listed here. Both are rare in right-hand-drive.
