Dr. James Hull is not your usual dentist that drives an Audi, no he actually owns about 450 cars. This is one of Britain’s largest privately owned classic car collection, that covers 8 decades of automotive history. It includes Winston Churchill’s Austin, Lord Mountbatten’s Mini Traveller and a Bentley once owned by Elton John. teh collection is mostly consists of British manufactures such as Jaguar, Aston Martin, Bentley, Alvis and Austin.
Unfortunately due to health problems Dr.Hull is auctioning off the collection as a whole lot. The reserve price is set at £100 million, which includes a rare Jaguar C and D-Type worth at least £4million, 1950s Jaguar XKSS, 1961 Jaguar E-Type, two 1954 Bentley Mulliner Continentals, Sinclair C5, pedal cars and even planes from the world wars.
The collection took place 35 years ago and was financed by his fortune as the founder of a chain of dentistry practices.
