1980 Audi Quattro

The Audi quattro presented at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1980 represented a quantum leap in the repositioning of the Audi brand. The statement “Vorsprung durch Technik” was taken literally.

The smooth Fuchs wheel rims were available at extra charge and even today remain sought-after rarities. The double headlights were also used on the Audi 200 and remained in production until the autumn of 1982.
